This is a lo-fi version of Glitch City Laboratories, meant for backup purposes. Everyone is encouraged to download a backup of the site every time one is made available, to prevent loss of all the research and data contained within GCL, should the website crash or something, which would really suck. The Glitch City Labs Team gives authorization for anyone to host this backup on their own website.

Description of Effects
TM42 is a somewhat powerful glitch move that has an animation like Explosion. However, it causes the game to freeze after it is used unless the foe faints. This move is most famous for being the game-freezing move used by the Glitcherinos on Cinnabar Island glitch trainers' teams.
